Dementia360 Consulting

Dementia360 Consulting was founded by CEO, Christi Crawford.  Christi has worked in healthcare for 30 years, primarily working with older adults and those living with dementia.  Christi found through primarily working with this demographic that there was a huge need for education and awareness for not just caregivers and healthcare workers, but also business owners (both healthcare and non-healthcare), and our community.  For us to enhance the quality of life for those living with dementia, we would need to have a vast improvement in the quality of care being delivered to those living with dementia.  We can bridge this gap through awareness and understanding of the disease.   Dementia360 Consulting is leading the way in person-centered dementia education and consulting through our specialized, cutting-edge training philosophy using the 360-degree approach.  Our 360-degree approach encompasses a model that includes: Awareness, Engagement, Connection, Abilities, Wholistic.

It is out of this need to create change that Christi founded Dementia360 Consulting and is pioneering the future for dementia awareness and dementia care in the Midwest and throughout the United States.  Dementia360 Consulting is the first of its kind in the Midwest region, even though the number of Americans living with Alzheimer's Disease and other dementias continues to grow!

Tim Tholen Thoughtful Care

I am the owner of a non-medical home care company that specializes in dementia care. I have put the three leaders in my organization that work with our families and caregivers. These leaders all have many years of experience in home care and are very familiar with what it takes to help families dealing with dementia. All three have expressed how helpful and useful the training that Christi provides was. It will definitely help us in our work with our families!

Jill Ice MSN, RN, BCPA, Founder Advocate Sunflower Health Advocates

Christi is very passionate and knowledgeable about dementia. She has extensive experience related to dementia and is an excellent teacher. The training programs offered by Christi are valuable for anyone wanting to learn more about dementia. I highly recommend her and her business.

Russell A. Fracassa Managing Attorney/Paths Law Firm

Our office primarily works with seniors and those suffering from cognitive disorders and decline.  Christi did in-office training for the entire staff in order to help us understand and work with these clients and their families.  It was a wonderful program with a lot of information along with training on how to best work in these situations.  I would highly recommend Dementia360 and Christi for consulting and training!

Christi Crawford, Founder and CEO of Dementia360 Consulting, has many credentials.  These credentials include - Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Assisted Living Operator, Board Certified Patient Advocate, Certified Brain Health Trainer, Certified Dementia Practitioner, Certified Virtual Dementia Tour (VDT) Trainer, a recognized and endorsed Board Certified Dementia Educator with the National Institute for Dementia Education, and many others.    Christi has worked in healthcare for 30 years and primarily with the senior population and those living with dementia for the last 15+ years.  In those 30 years, she also has leadership experience in the senior healthcare industry within operations, nursing, sales, marketing, and education.

Christi understands as a caregiver herself the need for caregivers and families to have knowledge and tools that are accessible to them to support their journey as a caregiver for someone living with dementia.  Christi is extremely passionate about creating change for those living with dementia and their caregivers.  Her passion is in education and training for healthcare professionals, family caregivers and the community as well as coaching, supporting, and guiding caregivers on their personal dementia journey.  Christi's hope is that through her personal experience as a caregiver as well as her professional experience, that she can bring caregivers peace and hope when it is most needed.  Until there is a cure, Christi's 360-degree approach is critical in helping everyone to become aware and better understand the disease.  Through bridging this gap, we can improve dementia care and in turn enhance the quality of life for those living with dementia.   We can create a life that is filled with purpose, success, joy, and hope for those living with dementia.   Christi strives to help communities be aware, empathize, and foster a dementia-friendly community.
